Faith is the gift of God’s favor that makes salvation possible. Faith is absolutely necessary in pleasing God. As we pray for them, pray that their faith will deepen as they learn to trust God and walk with him. Pray that their faith will make an impact with those they come in contact with on a daily basis.

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Hebrews 11:6

Father, life is often complex and confusing. We thank you for your promises that provide hope and clarity in the midst of life’s complexity. I pray that the __________ family would place their trust in you, surrendering every aspect of their lives to you, believing that you love them. Empower them to fight the urge to trust in their own understanding more than they rely on you and your guidance. Cause them to look to you in all their ways.
